WordVista player profiles and accounts.
WordVista leaderboards.
WordVista Pro subscriptions.
Other related WordVista services.

1. About WordVista

Features may include:

Free puzzle levels.
Premium puzzle levels.
Word-search gameplay.
Scores and statistics.
Player progress.

Leaderboards.
Hints and rewards.
WordVista Pro subscriptions.
Other features introduced in future updates.

Some features may not be available in every version, country, device, or testing environment.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use mobile applications and online services in your country.

If you are below the age of legal majority in your country, you should use WordVista only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use WordVista is responsible for supervising that use, including any purchase activity.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

By using WordVista, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms.
You agree to comply with them.
The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

If you use WordVista on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Free Access

WordVista may allow users to play free levels without creating a permanent email-based account.

Free players may be asked to provide:

A player name.
A country.
Basic gameplay preferences.

WordVista may use an anonymous technical identifier to save progress, scores, settings, and leaderboard information.

The number and availability of free levels may change over time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain free permanently.

5. Player Names and Profiles

You are responsible for the player name and profile information you choose.

You must not use a player name that:

Impersonates another person or organization.
Contains threats, harassment, or hate speech.
Contains unlawful or sexually explicit content.
Reveals another person’s private information.
Promotes fraud, cheating, or illegal activity.
Misleads users into believing you represent WordVista.
Contains an email address, telephone number, or other sensitive information.

We may remove, modify, or restrict inappropriate player names.

Your player name, selected country, score, and ranking may be visible to other players on leaderboards.

6. Accounts

Some WordVista features, including WordVista Pro, may require an account.

Account options may include:

Email sign-in.
Google Sign-In.
Another supported authentication method.

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information.
Keep your account access secure.
Use only accounts you are authorized to access.
Notify us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
Keep your email address current where applicable.

You must not share passwords, verification codes, or authentication credentials with another person.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Converting an Anonymous Profile

WordVista may allow an anonymous free-player profile to be connected to an email or Google account.

When this happens, gameplay progress and account information may be connected to the new sign-in method.

We do not guarantee that anonymous progress can always be recovered if:

The app is deleted.
App data is cleared.
The device is lost or replaced.
The anonymous identifier becomes unavailable.
The profile was never connected to a permanent account.

Players should connect an account when that option is offered if they want greater account-recovery protection.

8. WordVista Pro

WordVista Pro is the planned Premium version of WordVista.

WordVista Pro may include:

Additional puzzle levels.
Premium challenges.
Additional themes or customization.
Expanded gameplay features.
Other benefits described before purchase.

The exact Premium benefits will be displayed in the app before a purchase is completed.

WordVista may add, modify, or remove Premium features where reasonably necessary for:

Product development.
Security.
Platform requirements.
Technical compatibility.
Legal compliance.
Service improvement.

We will not intentionally misrepresent the benefits included in a paid subscription.

9. Subscription Options

WordVista Pro may be offered through:

A monthly subscription.
A yearly subscription.
Other subscription periods introduced later.

Planned product identifiers include:

Subscription availability, price, currency, taxes, trial periods, and introductory offers may vary by country and Google Play account.

The price and billing period will be displayed before you confirm a purchase.

10. Google Play Billing

WordVista Pro purchases on Android will be processed through Google Play.

Google Play handles:

Payment methods.
Payment authorization.
Subscription billing.
Renewals.
Receipts.
Subscription management.
Certain cancellations and refunds.

WordVista does not directly collect or store your complete card or banking details.

Your purchase is also subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies.

11. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

Google Play may charge the payment method connected to your Google account at the beginning of each renewal period unless you cancel before the next renewal.

Subscription terms, billing periods, and renewal information will be displayed before purchase.

Google Play explains that subscriptions continue for successive billing periods until cancelled.

12. Cancelling a Subscription

You can manage or cancel a WordVista Pro subscription through Google Play.

On Android:

Open Google Play.
Tap your profile picture.
Select Payments and subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions.
Select WordVista.
Follow the cancellation instructions.

You must use the Google account that originally purchased the subscription.

Uninstalling WordVista does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access will normally continue until the end of the period already paid for, unless Google Play, local law, or a refund decision provides otherwise.

13. Account Deletion and Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your WordVista account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Before deleting your account, cancel any active WordVista subscription through Google Play if you do not want it to renew.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes.

14. Restore Purchase

When subscriptions are active, WordVista will provide a Restore Purchase option.

Restoration may require:

The Google account used for the original purchase.
A valid purchase record.
A current or previously eligible subscription.
An internet connection.
Successful verification through Google Play and RevenueCat.

A restored purchase provides access only to benefits associated with the verified purchase.

15. RevenueCat

WordVista plans to use RevenueCat to help:

Verify Google Play purchases.
Determine subscription status.
Manage the Premium entitlement.
Restore purchases.
Synchronize Premium access.

The planned Premium entitlement identifier is:

RevenueCat does not replace Google Play as the payment processor.

16. Prices and Taxes

Subscription prices will be shown before purchase.

Prices may vary based on:

Country.
Currency.
Taxes.
Google Play pricing rules.
Promotional offers.
Subscription period.

Google Play may calculate and collect applicable taxes.

WordVista may change subscription prices in the future. Where required, Google Play will provide notice or request acceptance before a new price applies.

17. Trials and Promotional Offers

WordVista may offer:

Free trials.
Discounted introductory periods.
Promotional pricing.
Limited-time offers.

Eligibility may be determined by Google Play.

Unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends, a subscription may convert into a paid, automatically renewing subscription at the price shown during checkout.

Offer terms will be displayed before purchase.

18. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

Google Play’s refund rules.
When the purchase was made.
The type of purchase.
Your country.
Applicable consumer law.
The circumstances of the request.

You can request a refund through Google Play where available.

Google notes that refund eligibility varies by product, timing, payment method, location, and applicable policy. Developers may also assist with purchase problems and may process refunds where permitted.

Contact WordVista when:

A confirmed purchase does not unlock Premium.
Restore Purchase does not work.
The displayed Premium benefits are unavailable.
You need help identifying the correct account.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. License to Use WordVista

Subject to these Terms, WordVista grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use WordVista for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not allow you to:

Sell WordVista.
Redistribute the app.
Copy substantial portions of the app.
Create an unauthorized modified version.
Use WordVista commercially.
Transfer your account or subscription.
Grant access to Premium features to unauthorized users.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by WordVista and its licensors.

20. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use WordVista for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to access another player’s account.
Manipulate scores, streaks, rankings, or statistics.
Cheat or exploit bugs.
Use bots, scripts, macros, automation, or modified clients.
Falsify Premium status.
Circumvent payment systems.
Attempt to obtain paid content without authorization.
Interfere with WordVista servers or databases.
Probe or test security without permission.
Upload malware or harmful code.
Reverse engineer the app except where expressly allowed by law.
Harass or threaten other users.
Misuse support or deletion systems.
Submit fraudulent purchase or refund claims.
Copy or commercially exploit WordVista content.
Use the service in a way that damages WordVista or other users.

21. Cheating and Manipulation

WordVista may review suspicious activity involving:

Impossible scores.
Automated gameplay.
Modified software.
Repeated exploit use.
Leaderboard manipulation.
Falsified purchases.
Unauthorized Premium access.
Abuse of rewards or hints.

Where reasonably necessary, we may:

Remove invalid scores.
Correct statistics.
Reset progress.
Remove leaderboard entries.
Restrict features.
Suspend or terminate an account.
Report fraudulent activity to Google Play or relevant authorities.

We will try to distinguish intentional abuse from genuine technical errors.

22. Leaderboards

WordVista leaderboards may display:

Player name.
Country.
Score.
Ranking.
Weekly or other competition period.

Leaderboard results may change due to:

New scores.
Score verification.
Technical corrections.
Removal of invalid activity.
Competition-period resets.
Service maintenance.

WordVista does not guarantee that a particular rank will remain permanent.

Weekly leaderboard scores may reset according to the competition schedule.

23. User Feedback

You may voluntarily send WordVista:

Suggestions.
Ideas.
Reviews.
Bug reports.
Feature requests.
Other feedback.

You grant WordVista permission to use that feedback to:

Improve the app.
Develop features.
Correct problems.
Improve marketing or support materials.

We are not required to compensate you for voluntarily submitted feedback.

This section does not transfer ownership of your personal information.

24. Intellectual Property

26. Internet and Device Requirements

Mobile-data charges.

We do not guarantee permanent availability of any specific puzzle or reward.

29. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

WordVista may be temporarily unavailable because of:

Maintenance.
Software updates.
Hosting failures.
Internet problems.
Third-party outages.
Security incidents.
Device incompatibility.
Events outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service where reasonably necessary.

30. No Guaranteed Results

WordVista is an entertainment puzzle game.

WordVista does not guarantee that using the app will:

Increase intelligence.
Increase IQ.
Prevent memory loss.
Treat a medical condition.
Improve mental health.
Provide therapy.
Produce a particular educational result.
Guarantee better concentration or vocabulary.

References to focus, vocabulary, challenge, mental activity, or a “workout for your word skills” describe the gameplay experience and are not medical or therapeutic claims.

WordVista is not a substitute for medical advice, treatment, diagnosis, education, or professional care.

31. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WordVista is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The app will always be uninterrupted.
Every defect will be corrected immediately.
Every device will be compatible.
Data will never be lost.
Leaderboard information will always be error-free.
Every puzzle will be free from technical or editorial errors.
Third-party services will always remain available.
WordVista will produce a particular personal result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

32. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WordVista and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] will not be liable for:

Lost profits.

35. Your Right to Stop Using WordVista

You may stop using WordVista at any time.

Cancel your subscription.

Stop using the website.

Remember that uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
